This is a good example of high-density residential development in south-west Santa Rosa, CA. A series of townhome designs were combined into an overall neighborhood. Maraizon developed computer models and animations to show the design quality of each individual street.

The developer is Dutton Village Partners, and the project architect was Richard Hunt, AIA of Hunt Hale Jones, San Francisco, CA.
