Convince the Skeptics, Win Over Decision Makers with Maraizon Photo-Simulations

Part 1B: Photo-Simulations – How Your Project Will Look, Where it Will Be

Your design blends well into it's surroundings. It's even improves the view. So, prove it! How?

The fastest, most cost effective way is to use photo-simulations. Also known as 'visual impact analyses', photo-simulations are now often required in Environmental Impact Reports (EIR) and the planning and entitlement process.

Even when they're not required, the benefits are clear. Decision makers quickly grasp your concept, giving you the feedback you need to avoid costly delays.

Maraizon International starts by creating a 3D computer model of your project, and photographing the site and surroundings. You and your team choose which views to work with, and Maraizon does the rest.

Materials are simulated, lighting is matched to the photos, as are 'virtual' cameras inside the computer model. Next, views of the model are combined with the photographs.

Accuracy is key. If you fail to prove your case, you won't turn skeptics into supporters.

Maraizon enjoys the highest reputation for accuracy. Every Maraizon photo-simulation includes not just 'before and after' views, but views of the project over time, showing a maturing landscape from 'just completed' to 25 years in the future. Each photo-simulation is accompanied by explanatory sheets demonstrating the process and verifying accuracy.

Maraizon's computer-generated renderings were instrumental in securing both neighborhood and City approvals for the project design. Their understanding of both the difficult site and the architectural detail of the buildings combined to make the renderings very realistic, and helped us to show that the project would be an attractive addition to the neighborhood.
