Computer-generated graphics have proved to be a remarkable tool both in the hands of the architect, but also as assistance for the interested person in visualizing to a great degree of accuracy, the building design.

We have worked with Maraizon International on two notable projects in Santa Rosa [Downey Savings development on Highway 12 and Railroad Square Terrace] that required an accurate understanding of how a building would fit into its neighborhood. The visualizations that Maraizon created not only fulfilled that requirement, but it accomplished the job with such realism and clarity that I believe it assisted greatly in the approval process.

I was amazed at what Maraizon was able to do. They took a few drawings and created a three-dimensional, animated building model that viewers could virtually tour. They are an incredibly creative group. We are using the movie on CD as the integral part of our fundraising materials for our upcoming science and technology center.
