The Department sought to develop an additional water reservoir tank adjacent to an existing tank on a hillside location. The site overlooks residential, open space and recreational use areas, including Spring Lake Park and Annadel State Park.

The Department commissioned Maraizon to produce simulations demonstrating the visual impact of the two designs and surrounding topography from three locations.

Our first task was to model the topography, followed by a highly abstract drive-by animation showing the proposed tank designs alongside the present one. Next we combined the models of the tanks with live video footage in a two-minute animation. The animation formed part of the Department's presentation at a public meeting and to the City.
